Our summer camping season provides a wide range of activities for children ages 7 to 17. Our staff are professionally trained to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for your child. Every day we have a chapel session led by our camp speaker or our staff, and our worship team. As well, there is a daily devotional time that takes place within each cabin that is led by the cabin leader(s). Wakeboarding will be offered as an “optional program” for every teen and youth camp in 2010. Only a limited number of campers each week (17 max) can register. The cost for wakeboarding is $75 extra and is paid upon registration.Price includes all equipment rental, fuel and instruction. All wakeboarding campers will still receive the same regular programming offered to all EBC campers each week. Every 2010 camp includes $15 tuck (except 3-day camp $5) and GST, although the new HST (additional 7%) may come into affect for all unpaid balances after May 31st deadline. Campers will receive unused Tuck money back at weeks end. Outdoor Adventure Camp We believe that being in the outdoors allows such an amazing opportunity to experience God and to be inspired by His creation. As well, we love to be challenged physically, mentally, and spiritually and we want to give young people (14-17) a chance to experience these things in a community of other interested outdoors students. We will have two weeks that this camp will run this summer, from June 27th to July 3rd. These camps will be mainly off campus from EBC. Campers will arrive at Eagle Bay Camp on the Sunday and we will be traveling around the Salmon Arm/Vernon area for the week, arriving back at EBC to stay the final  night before pick up the next day. During these days we will be doing many activities that will be both physically and mentally demanding. Some of these will include climbing, caving, repelling and hiking. We will also be doing several team leadership activities. As this program will be physically challenging, we require that you have a fitness level capable of running between 2-3kms without stopping. We also require that you have the appropriate gear for the activities we will participate in (ie good hikers and a good back pack). There will be teaching times as well throughout our week together, so be prepared with a journal, bible, and pen. Once we have a list of registered campers, we will be sending out a detailed letter with further information for parents, a list of gear required, and some general expectations. We look forward to these exciting weeks with you and hope that you will be challenged and encouraged throughout it! Transportation For Your Child: It is your responsibility to drop off and pick up your child from camp. Registration begins at 4 pm on the first day of camp and you can pick up your child at 9 am on Saturday. Please pick them up no later than 10 am as our staff have meetings to attend and need some time off before the next camp on Sunday. Also, if you will not be picking up your child you will need to provide us with a signed letter indicating who will pick up your child at the end of the week. Sponsorships: Full or partial sponsorships for all camps are available for those who need it. Contact the Alliance Church in your area or phone the camp office. Children With Special Needs: We welcome children from various backgrounds who may have varied physical, social, and emotional needs. If your child requires special attention (or medication) at home please inform us so that we can provide the necessary care for them while they
are at camp. As well, if your child requires an aide at home you will be required to provide one for them while they are at
camp. Please understand Eagle Bay Camp has Registered Nurses on site for each week. Parents need to be aware campers with Diabetes must be able to monitor their condition on their own. Our medical staff are there to assist but will not monitor campers
